The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure that your stay is comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and lovingly prepared, using local ingredients and traditional techniques. The private onsen baths were a special treat, with a serene view of the garden.
The hotel is quite secluded, with not much to see or do in the immediate surroundings. if you're looking for a modern minimalist hotel, this may not be the best choice for you.
